宝塚市で　住民登録を　していれば　もらえます。
（たからづかしで　じゅうみんとうろくを　していれば　もらえます。）

収入が　一定以上　ある人。

子どもが　海外に　いる人。

児童手当の　金額（じどうてあての　きんがく）(The amount of the allowance paid per child)

0歳～3歳まで(0さい～3さいまで）(Age 0~under age3)

月に　一人15,000円
（つきに　ひとり15,000えん）(15,000yen per month)

3歳～小学校　卒業まで（3さい～しょうがっこう　そつぎょうまで）(Age3~ until elementary school graduation)

月に　一人10,000円
（つきに　ひとり10,000えん）(10,000yen per month)
※子どもが　3人目からは　月に　一人15,000円
（こどもが　3にんめからは　つきに　ひとり15,000えん）
(15,000yen to third child and above per month)

子どもが　中学校　卒業まで（こどもが　ちゅうがっこう　そつぎょうまで）(Junior high school students)

月に　一人10,000円

特例給付（とくれいきゅうふ）(Special allowance)

所得が　制限額より　高い人
（しょとくが　せいげんがくより　たかいひと）

月に　一人5,000円
（つきに　ひとり5,000えん）(5,000yen per month)

※所得が　上限額より　高い人は　もらえません。
（しょとくが 　じょうげんがくより　たかいひとは　もらえません。）

児童手当の　支払日（じどうてあての　しはらいび）(Date of payment)

児童手当の　支払は、　年に　3回です。
（じどうてあての　しはらいは、　ねんに　3かいです。）
(The child allowance payment will be made 3 times a year.)

10/24、2/24、6/24

※24日が　休みの日なら　その前の　平日。
（24にちが　やすみのひなら　そのまえの　へいじつ。）
(If 24th is Saturday or Sunday or Holiday, we pay in the previous business day.)

その前の月までの　4ヶ月分の　手当が　支給されます。
（そのまえのつきまでの　4かげつぶんの　てあてが　しきゅうされます。）
(Each time cover the 4-month period before the month of payment.)

原則として、　申請された月の　翌月分から　支給されます。
（げんそくとして、　しんせいされたつきの　よくつきぶんから　しきゅうされます。）
(As a rule, payment of the allowance will begin from the month after the application has been made.)

児童手当を　もらうには（じどうてあてを　もらうには）(How to request the allowance?)

市役所に　書類を　出してください。
（しやくしょに　しょるいを　だしてください。）
(Please submit an application form to city hall.)

親の　銀行の　通帳か　キャッシュカードを　持って　きてください。
（おやの　ぎんこうの　つうちょうか　きゃっしゅかーどを　もって　きてください。）
(Please bring a bank book or a bank card of the parent who recieive higher income.)

児童手当を　もらっている　人へ（じどうてあてを　もらっている　ひとへ）(For people who are receiving a child allowance)

現況届　について（げんきょうとどけ　について）(About "Genkyo Todoke"(Current Status Notification))

6月に　現況届が　家に　届いた　人は、　書いて　送ってください。
（6がつに　げんきょうとどけが　いえに　とどいた　ひとは、　かいて　おくってください。）
(If you receive a "Genkyo Todoke", please send the written notification.)

前の年の　所得の　申告を　していない　人は　もらえません。
（まえのとしの　しょとくの　しんこくを　していない　ひとは　もらえません。）
(The people whose income of the previous year is undeclared will not receive the allowance.)

前の年に　収入が　なかった　人も　税の　申告を　してください。
（まえのとしに　しゅうにゅうが　なかった　ひとも　ぜいの　しんこくを　してください。）
(The people who had no income last year need to declare for taxes.)

変更の　手続き　（へんこうの　てつづき）(Procedures of changes)

子どもが　増えた　人や、　子どもが　いなくなった　人、　引っ越しを　した　人は　手続きが　必要です。
（こどもが　ふえた　ひとや、　こどもが　いなくなった　ひと、　ひっこしを　した　ひとは　てつづきが　ひつようです。）
(When the number of children for whom the allowance applies changes, or the adress changes, you need to do a procedure.)

市役所の　子育て応援課へ　ご相談ください。
（しやくしょの　こそだておうえんかへ　ごそうだんください。）
